This website (www.mexcess.in) is owned and operated by Vishal Bazar Inc., trading as M Excess ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

M Excess is a fashion retail store operated by Vishal Bazar Inc., a company registered in India. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products.

3. Your Order & Our Contract
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and process your payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion - for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there has been a pricing error.
If we cancel a confirmed order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will never apply to orders already confirmed.
4. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours, designs, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. If you receive an item that significantly differs from its description, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to certain regions at our discretion.
5. Payments & GST
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Your financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Applicable GST is included in the price displayed at checkout. A GST-compliant invoice will be issued with your order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy. While we work with reliable courier partners, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (such as weather, strikes, or carrier disruptions). In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you and work to resolve the issue.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Refund & Returns Policy governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by anything in these Terms.
