Shipping policy
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have a ₹100 shipping fee.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During sale events or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. We'll notify you if there's a delay.
- Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. It may take a few hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are usually delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Please ensure your shipping address and PIN code are correct and complete.
- M Excess is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or courier-related issues after shipment.
Serviceability
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. However, some PIN codes may not be serviceable. If your PIN code is not serviceable at checkout, we'll notify you before your order is confirmed.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful:
- For prepaid orders - the package will be returned to us and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders - the package will be returned to us. No charge will be applied for the first failed delivery. Repeated non-availability may affect your COD eligibility for future orders.
If you know you'll be unavailable during the delivery window, please contact the courier directly using your tracking details to reschedule.
